The Driving Dogs are fantastic and fascinating. Cute Dogs this smart sure deserve a good home. Every year, the SPCA needs to find homes for thousands of dogs just like Porter (dogs who have been abused, abandoned, or just forgotten). It is nice to often adopt dogs in need of care.
This funny dog might have started driving slowly and then went on to racing. Dogs like a human that takes them to the dog park or dogs like to drive cars.
The joke is, it is all fun and games until he drives off the course in search for a new owner.
